We’ve all been there—lost in our minds, searching for
freedom and ease. After leaving the corporate world, I found
inspiration in ancient shamanic and yoga practices, along with
modern psychology and neuroscience. After leaving the
corporate world, I discovered a deeper passion for mind-body
practices that transformed how I live and move.
I’m not here to teach or guide you; I simply offer a space for
you to explore your journey intuitively. My biggest dream? To
create spaces where people can explore who they truly are—
without rules, judgment, or limitations.

As Yoga reshaped wellness, we saw mindfulness originally a profound Eastern tradition
often watered down in the West, the most ancient practices for wellness, was never just
about physical exercise; it was about achieving Freedom From the Mind.
At The Mindless Movement, we believe you’re at your best when your mind is at rest—
let’s get back to the roots and rediscover wellness.
philosophy behind The Mind-Less Movement, you’re not alone. And no, it’s not some ancient secret that we’ve dug up from the dusty shelves of forgotten lore. We’re talking about “Mushin” (無心), a concept from Zen Buddhism that literally means “mind-without-mind.” Sounds a bit out there, right? Like something you might hear and just nod along to while quietly wondering what on earth it actually means.
Mu” (無) means nothingness, and “shin” (心) refers to the mind. This idea might seem a little abstract at first glance, but it’s all about reaching a state where we act naturally, without overthinking or letting our inner critics get in the way.
While emotions and logic are useful tools, they can also cloud our judgment if we lean on them too heavily. We start to think we’re in control, making all these big decisions, when really, it’s our biases calling the shots.
Mushin flips the script by encouraging us to move beyond analytical thinking to a more intuitive state. This isn’t about ditching logic but enhancing it with an instinctive edge.

THIS IS MY
why
There was a time when my life revolved around toxic party nights, where alcohol and drugs became my escape. It felt like freedom, but my physical and mental health were falling apart. I was trapped in a cycle of darkness, and it took me a while to see the light. That light came when I made one of the hardest decisions of my life—I quit my job. I had no clear plan, but something inside told me it was time to find more.
From there, I started traveling. I was searching for something deeper, but I didn’t know what. Along the way, I ended up at my first yoga retreat, and that sparked something. I felt a shift, not a transformation, but a quiet recognition that there was another way to be. That experience sent me down a path of learning—through books, conversations with inspiring people, and countless new friendships. It was a journey filled with trials, errors, and constant exploration.
I tried so many tools and techniques along the way, but eventually, I realized that not all of them resonated with me. What made sense were the few practices that honored ancient wisdom while aligning with modern science. I also began to notice that everywhere I turned, I was being bombarded with self-help advice. Coaches, gurus, everyone trying to tell me how to live. But I came to understand that techniques are great for learning how to drive or swim—not for life’s bigger questions like peace, happiness, or purpose.
I stopped looking outside for answers and started to look within. I began to examine myself, seeking solutions within the problems rather than chasing prescriptions from others. I gave up on the endless religious and spiritual methods that promised enlightenment. I realized that all I needed was to understand the Truth. And with that Truth came freedom—from the mind, from doubts, anxieties, and all the noise that kept me stuck.
I found that freedom by turning to my body. When I let go of the mind and tuned into the body, I could quiet the endless thinking. Whether through yoga, calisthenics, dancing, breathwork, or sound baths, I found moments where I could just be. I don’t meditate or practice mindfulness anymore because I’ve realized if something becomes a constant practice, it starts feeling like effort instead of a natural, organic state. I’m not there yet, and I’m not chasing it either. I’ll let it arrive when it’s ready. This is my journey, my why. And I continue to walk it, one moment of freedom at a time.
I am seeking to be Mind-Less—not to think, but to intuitively respond (not react). I draw inspiration from the Japanese philosophy of Mushin (mind without mind). I truly believe that each and every cell of our body has its own consciousness—not just the brain, as doctors claim. Every cell of the body is to be taken care of and heard. The mind forgets, but the body remembers.
